Kipdue Terms of Use
Effective date: February 6, 2026. These terms explain how Kipdue may be used and what it does not promise.
1. Acceptance
By using Kipdue, you agree to these Terms of Use between you and Purlity. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Apple EULA relationship
These terms are in addition to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and do not replace or override it. If there is a conflict, Apple's required terms apply to the extent required by Apple.

3. What Kipdue is
Kipdue is an on-device return-deadline organizer. It helps you track dates and reminders. It is not legal, financial, or retailer-policy advice.
4. No guarantee of refunds
Kipdue does not guarantee refunds, approvals, or outcomes from any retailer. You remain responsible for checking retailer policies and final eligibility requirements.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the app lawfully and in good faith.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.
- Do not use Kipdue to violate third-party rights.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features to maintain reliability and product truthfulness. We may also revise these terms when needed.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Kipdue if the app is misused, if required by law, or if needed to protect users and platform integrity.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purlity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Purlity is established, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
